I have 2 questions:

1) What is the true bomber ability needed to reach AAW imunity for tier 2 US torp. bomber?

2) I have seen some players who can make an automatic TB attack when their planes are not in the standart altitude. It gives a certain advantage. Can anybody explain this to me?

To auto-TB at low altitudes, hold the L key while right-clicking your target. This also works for DB's.

I thought Db required full alt even if L key is used... might be wrong though, then there's manual DB. I wonder where's the manual TB function lololol

The torpedoes you ordered have been delivered, thank you for your custom. Yokosuka navy yard wishes you a good day on the seafloor.

No need to be at default alt when using auto-db. Just hold the key of raising altitude and u can auto-bomb at very low.

Yes, there is manual TBing. In fact, I almost always manual my TBs, as it is quite easy to dodge auto TBs. They tend to overcompensate if the target is turning.

Manual TBing is simply a matter of lowering your planes to (near) minimum altitude ([ , ] key by default) and steering them towards your target and pressing the Drop Bomb key [ . ]
Using this method, it is possible for a CV to TB enemies right as the planes come off the deck, thus allowing the CV to defend itself from DDs and such.

I have seen neither method used on the NFEU servers so far, though.

When manual TBing, your torps will not be dropped at the time you press "." but a little bit later, (Like with "auto" torping) so do not drop when your planes are about 1 cm away.
Discovered this the hard way.. i was even a bigger noob than i am now, i started playing nf, (RN Line) and at lvl 52 (or 50) i took Attacker, even though i only had 1 pilot, my promoted scouter.. laugh.gif
First i only used the manual TBing method, missed almost every time, because of the time between pressing the key and releasing of the torps. (and because i didnt know how to drive CV laugh.gif )
