Its now the Pluton - by far and away I never thought that the Titsuda was a farce but the Pluton thats a classic. Give me cake. |

Agano is "playable" as AA ship. At least that way you can get decent exp with it.
No idea about the Pluton but someone tried to use it as AA ship? That might(?) work. --------------------  |

AFAIK the real Pluton was a big mine laying ship... perhaps it could be used for ASW?

Pluto is terrible.
No good guns, no space for enough mines...( only 2 Mines per Slot) or are there any special options for this boat like Emden as a AA Ship? |

Agano, bad ship...
 I like that ship. Found it very usefull and deadly. It's not a ship for domination but it's good ship. R-slots could use bit improvement in it, for examble 1 bind moar space. --------------------  |

Don't play Adano at level and with auto fcs, then it is ok, not good but ok.

WHAT FAILGANO IS BAD?! Does that not compare with the power level of Failsberg? Both can mount some decent 8" guns at least so they're not so fail...

Just why did they make a CL worser in every aspect than the DD that precedes it???

Agano is a CL1, making it rather unfair to compare it with CL2s. Clearly, an Agano or a Koenigsberg have no chance at all against e.g. a Dido in a stand up fight, but they have superior range. Both the M-Project and the Mogami are decent enough ships.

Dido is CL1 too... Mogami and Brooklyn seems the best for me. I don't have KM.

Kitakami is the best cl with no doubt!(someone slaps on me)
Personally i have 2 ijn cv bo but i have never used that failgano-u can easily skip it, plvl ur cv bo or go the other line for ur bb. So why care how fail agano is. But for pluto, is there a 2nd choice?  (I heared that u can do some asw on pluto, with hh and some buldge carried. But doesnt that extra sonar u need make the extra support slot useless again unless u go for the sub?  )

Only thing one can seem to do decently with the pluton is ASW. And even that is a big if because it's so bloody slow.

I don't really think that Agano is so bad. It is level 25 CL with solid 3x6" guns. It has big hitbox and it is soft, but it is fast and range is good for level 25ship. Question is the spread on that level. Pluton is IMO totally useles in Blitz.

The best use of the Pluton is as an AA ship. Put some torps on the t slots for self defence.
You'll be surprised how many times an aa ship can launch torps on bb's at reasonably low ranges (low enough to hit with several) |
